The Phoenix Suns did everything they could at this stage to make the playoffs. Now Portland Trail Blazers decides if they’ll ultimately have a shot.
The Suns defeated the Dallas Mavericks in their final game of the NBA regular season, to end the restart on a perfect 8-0 in Orlando.
Phoenix was the only team to go undefeated in the restart but the Blazers beat Brooklyn Nets to secure play-in in the Western Conference and eliminate ate Suns.
The Blazers will now face Memphis Grizzles in a win or go home game to face LeBron James, Anthony Davis and the Los Angeles Lakers in a 7 game series.
