The Milwaukee Bucks have decided to boycott their playoff game against the Orlando Magic because of the shooting of Jacob Blake, a Black man, by police in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
NBA players made their strongest statement yet against racial injustice.
The teams were set to begin Game 5 of their series shortly, with the Bucks needing a win to advance to the second round.
Magic players and referees were on the floor for the game but Milwaukee never took the floor.
The NBA followed with a statement, saying all three of Wednesday’s playoff games had been postponed and that the games would be rescheduled.
There was no decision on the remaining games scheduled this week.
