World number one Novak Djokovic booked his place in the Italian Open final with victory over Casper Ruud.
Djokovic won 7-5 6-3 over the 34th ranked Ruud.
The tournament is Djokovic’s first since his US Open disqualification.
Djokovic will play eighth seed Diego Schwartzman, who knocked out Rafael Nadal in the quarter-finals.
